$100.00/qtr Residential
$110.00/qtr Businesses
$62.50/qtr/apt Apartment Complexes (62.5% of residential rate)
Trash/Recycling Rates
effective January 1, 2025
$45/qtr All residential & businesses
$45/qtr For each apartment in a complex

Dog Licensing
Any dog of licensing age (five months or older), residing in the Village of Downing must be licensed no matter when acquired during the year.
Dog licenses expire on December 31 of the current year as provided by the provisions of Chapter 174.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
