In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all

residents in the Village of Downing that the Village of Downing Board will hold a public hearing on

Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at 6:00 pm. at the Village of Downing Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to

consider adoption of the Village of Downing Land Division Ordinance.

Interested parties may attend and give oral testimony. Written testimony will be accepted by the Village prior to

the public hearing. Anonymous testimony will not be accepted.

The proposed Land Division Ordinance may be viewed by appointment at the Village of Downing Hall, 402
