In accordance with the provisions of Section 61.50, Wisconsin Statutes, public notice is hereby given to all residents in the Village of Downing that the Village of Downing Board at its July 10, 2023, meeting passed Ordinance Number 7-10-2023 titled “ STANDARDS FOR THE CARE OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS” for the purpose to promote the health, safety, and general welfare of

domestic animals.
A copy of the adopted Ordinance may be viewed by appointment at the Village of Downing Hall, 402 Main Street, Downing, WI 54734 or online at www.downingwi.com The described ordinance shall take effect July 10 , 2023.
