Under Wis. Stat. § 66.0627, the Village may recover costs for current municipal services such as animal control response, nuisance abatement, or administrative processing by placing unpaid balances on the property tax roll as special charges after written notice.

Under Wis. Stat. § 66.0809(3), any unpaid sewer and trash utility bills remaining after November 1 will be transferred to the property tax roll for collection with property taxes.
