NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Village of Downing, Dunn County, Wisconsin

On Monday May 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Village of Downing
Village Hall, 402 Main Street, Downing, Wisconsin 54734.

For the purpose of receiving Public comment, pertaining to a

RESOLUTION REGARDING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF ASH STREET AND ALLEY LOCATED IN THE
VILLAGE OF DOWNING, DUNN COUNTY, WISCONSIN

The alley in Block Nine (9) and the West Fifty (50) feet of the Lot Two (2), in said Block Nine (9), all being in the A.H., M.H, & R.A. Weeds Addition to the Village of Downing, located in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 30, Township 30 North, Range 14 West, Village of Downing, Dunn County, Wisconsin.

The Resolution has been reviewed and is in compliance with the applicable criteria in Wisconsin Statutes 66.1003.

The Resolution information will be available and open for inspection at the above referenced Public hearing date and location. The Village Board will be present and available to answer any and all questions about the Proposed Vacation of a portion of Fairnooks road.
